Anambra State Universal Health Coverage and Healthcare Reform Bill
Establishes a statewide framework for universal health coverage, strengthens primary healthcare as its foundation, and pursues a single-payer financing direction integrated with existing state and federal health-insurance institutions, protecting residents from catastrophic health expenditure.

Anambra State Technical Skills and Apprenticeship Bill
Connects Schools → Vocational Centres → Employers → Apprenticeships → Employment through one comprehensive framework: priority technical skills, a structured assessment-to-training pathway, defined apprenticeship standards and a voluntary Industry Partnership register.
Anambra State Local Enterprise Development Bill
Supports petty traders, market traders, artisans, farmers, microbusinesses, cooperatives and young entrepreneurs through registration assistance, financial literacy, digital payments and market information.
Anambra State Agricultural Value-Chain Development Bill
Moves from Production → Middleman → Market toward Production → Aggregation → Processing → Logistics → Market, supported by aggregation centres, cold storage and digital marketplaces.
