The Public Consultation and Contact forms on this website are currently preview interfaces and are not yet connected to a live data-collection backend. No information submitted through them is transmitted or stored beyond your own browser session.

Once a live consultation and contact backend is introduced, this page will be updated to describe: what information is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, who it is shared with, and how individuals can request access to or deletion of their data.

Any Business Census data collected under the Local Enterprise Development Bill will be governed by appropriate data-protection safeguards consistent with the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
