A constituency-wide broadband assessment identifies current coverage and priority connectivity gaps.

Priority Site Connectivity Begins
Connectivity rollout begins at the highest-priority markets, schools and health facilities.

Cluster Connectivity
Connectivity extends to identified economic clusters, supporting the SEZ Master Plan's digital-infrastructure requirements.
2030
Readiness Review
Digital connectivity readiness is assessed as part of the SEZ designation process.
Institutional Role
Coordinated with licensed telecom operators and the federal ministry responsible for communications and the digital economy.
