Baseline Readiness Mapping
Baseline readiness is mapped across infrastructure, human capital, business ecosystem, capital and institutions.
2028
Gap-Closing Investment
Investment and partnerships target the specific gaps identified in the baseline mapping.
2029
SEZ Master Plan and Feasibility Study
The formal Master Plan and Feasibility Study are developed, incorporating readiness findings.
2030
Designation Process
Formal designation is pursued through the legally applicable process and competent authorities.
Institutional Role
Coordinated with relevant federal SEZ/free-zone authorities, the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, and private-sector and development-partner stakeholders.
