Support petty traders, market traders, artisans and farmers through registration assistance, financial literacy, digital payments and market information, while connecting schools, vocational centres and employers into a structured pipeline: Schools → Vocational Centres → Employers → Apprenticeships → Employment, so the people running these businesses have the technical skills to grow them.
Approach
Nnewi South's real economy already runs on its markets, farms and workshops, staffed by a workforce that needs the same technical and vocational pathway this pillar builds. Enterprise support and skills training are treated as one pipeline, not two disconnected programmes: move agriculture from Production → Middleman → Market toward Production → Aggregation → Processing → Logistics → Market, while priority technical skills (electrical installation, welding, CAD/BIM, solar installation, software development, digital finance and logistics) feed directly into the same trader, farmer and artisan economy.
