Objective

To operate a standing coordination platform connecting viable local businesses with finance, training, markets and technology in the 3 towns.

Description

Implements the Enterprise Finance Facilitation Bill as an ongoing convening platform rather than a one-time initiative, focused first on Ukpor, Utuh and Osumenyi.

Implementation Phases

  1. 1. 2027 · Platform Design

    Design of the platform's governance, data-sharing protocols and partner agreements.

  2. 2. 2028 · Partner Onboarding

    Banks, fintechs, cooperatives and development institutions formally join as Enterprise Finance Partners.

  3. 3. 2029 · Structured Referral Pilots

    Businesses in Ukpor, Utuh and Osumenyi identified through the Business Census are referred to appropriate finance, training and market-access partners.

Convened by the Office of the Member representing Nnewi South I; technical assistance from development-finance institutions where available.
